Hi, I'm Laurie Read and I'm the creator behind Super Cute Cake Pops.

I began my entrepreneurial journey in 2019 as a simple little home-based baking hobby . Over the years, I discovered a passion for chocolate work and creating cake pops that look just as special as they taste.
​
While I make bake, decorate, and package each cake pop myself, this business is truly supported by my family. My mom, Deb, is right there with me at events helping serve customers and my family has been behind me every step of the way.
​
Throughout the years I've continued to grow my skills by earning degrees in Hospitality, Baking & Pastry Arts, and Entrepreneurship. In 2024 I was honored to win Ivy Tech's New Venture Competition, a pitch competition designed to help grow small businesses.
​
You can find me as a full-time vendor at The Farmers Market at Winona Lake, where I've been since 2023, as well as at many other events throughout the county and surrounding area. Being part of the market and local community means a lot to me. There's nothing better than seeing friendly, familiar faces each week, getting to know customers by name, and bringing a little "pop of joy" to each and every person who visits our booth.

At the heart of it all, my business is about more than just desserts. It's about showing up for the community and putting a lot of pride into every single cake pop I create.

We love getting to know customers, seeing familiar faces each week, and serving people cake pops that they're really excited about. It's not just about offering dessert...it's about taking a moment, enjoying the experience, and making sure you leave with something that makes you smile.

But we're not just about the market...we also offer custom orders for events, special occasions, and everyday celebrations.
